Public parking below and private parking option paying. You will love it for its spaciousness, comfort and location, close to the most touristic spaces and shops. My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with children).

Its location, central, very good communication, its space and its various third bedroom the second bed is optional if the guest needs it, check with the host.

A personalized attention from the host if they wish to visit areas of interest, wineries, or any suggestion of how to spend a fun weekend in La Rioja, where to eat, where to have fun, with a guide service for what guests they may need.

We struggled to connect with Vicente when first we arrived, but despite that small hiccup, the property was exactly as advertised. It was in pristine condition and served as a great home base from which to explore Logroño and the Rioja wine region.

Un buen alojamiento

Un buen piso, limpio, comodo y con 3 habitaciones. La cocina y la terraza practicamente no las usamos, pero están bien. La única mejora recomendada es poner una cama mejor en la habitación de la entrada, ya que es pequeña y algo incomoda. Por todo lo demás un alojamiento para repetir.

Comfortable Town Centre Accomodation

We had an enjoyable week here and the location for the city is ideal. The town is also a great spot to head out in all directions for motorcycle touring. Some maintenance issues, missing door on the shower enclosure. The kitchen has no storage space for food. The apartment is listed as having 3 bathrooms but there are only 2 and a small cloak room. The third bedroom is a converted clinic treatment room and is a little stark and unwelcoming. The property is listed with a washing machine, it was not available initially and the landlord had to be called back to open a locked cupboard where the washing machine was concealed. Might be worth noting the owner speaks no English so be aware that it might pose you problems in communicating. We used Google translate but that was also tricky as the owner uses 'text speak' which doesn't translate properly. Saying that the owner was always as helpful as possible and very punctual. If you require secure parking be aware this is the centre of town and can be very expensive. Parking is available in a public underground car park, or a residents underground car park with potential to reserve spaces. The owner also has a private garage 5 mins walk away that can be rented, its expensive but secure. The entry and exit ramps were very tight. Fine for us on bikes but I wouldn't have wanted to drive my car down them.
