Cozy, newly renovated vacation home in scenic Bøtø This lovely, newly renovated vacation home is located in the beautiful Bøtø area, just a short distance from one of Denmark’s best and most child-friendly sandy beaches. After a day at the beach or exploring the area, you can relax in the house’s indoor sauna and enjoy your vacation in peaceful surroundings. The bright and modern kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic cooktop, convection oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen opens directly onto the cozy living room, where the wood-burning stove creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The vacation home features four comfortable bedrooms as well as a crib for the family’s youngest member. There are two bathrooms in the house, one of which is equipped with a shower stall and comfortable underfloor heating. The house is situated on a 1,000 m² natural lot with plenty of space for play, ball games, and relaxing in the sun. The covered terrace invites you to enjoy long summer evenings with a glass of wine, cozy games, or simply the tranquility of listening to the birds sing as night falls. Just about 500 meters from the house, you’ll find the local grocery store, and about 1 km away is Kjørups Kro, which is definitely worth a visit. If you’re looking for more of a town atmosphere, Marielyst Torv is just 4 km away, where the summer vibe comes alive with cafes, restaurants, shops, and activities for the whole family. Note: Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
