4 person holiday home in Fårvang-By Traum

Older holiday cottage partly renovated in 2012 and 2017. Open concept kitchen with access to the living room with natural lighting was renovated in 2017. Bedroom with double bed and smaller bedroom with 2 bunks. The small bathroom was also renovated in 2017. Besides the renovated kitchen and bathroom all windows where changed in 2017. On the covered terrace, which is partly closed, you can enjoy the warm evenings. From here you have access to the annex. On the large plot, which is secluded, there is a cosy garden with swing, sandpit etc.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Am 22. Juni 2024 kamen wir am Haus Pramdragerparken 56 an. Es war ein wunderschöner Park und das Haus sah auch von außen schön aus. Als wir jedoch eintraten, waren wir sehr schockiert. Es war sehr schmutzig: Boden, Möbel, Küchengeräte, sogar in den Schubladen neben den Pfannen, dem Duschabfluss, der Toilette. Das Bett: Matratzenflecken, Spannbettlaken staubig, unter dem Bett sehr schmutzig. Das ganze Haus roch auch nicht frisch. Ich habe es ein wenig gereinigt, aber alles war nur schmutzig. Wir haben dort eine Nacht geschlafen. Am Sonntag, den 23. Juni 2024, beschlossen wir zu gehen, es fühlte sich einfach nicht richtig an. Wir konnten ein Haus in der Nähe im Landal Park mieten. Wir hatten angegeben, dass wir eine Reinigungsgebühr zahlen würden, damit wir uns bei der Abreise nicht selbst reinigen müssten. In jedem Fall übernehmen wir die Reinigungskosten nicht und erwarten einen Teil der Miete zurück. Den Wasser- und Stromverbrauch dieses einen Tages haben wir noch nicht bezahlt. Wir haben mit Belvilla bisher gute Erfahrungen gemacht und hoffen daher, dass Sie dies für uns gut bewältigen können.

Die Hütte ist veraltet und unordentlich. Die Schaukel ist wackelig und der Griff der Toilettentür ist kaputt. Schade, denn der Platz rund ums Haus und die Küche und Sitzecke sind in Ordnung. Das Nebengebäude sollte nicht als 3. Schlafzimmer vermietet werden. Muffig und alt. Es könnte ein perfekter Ort sein, wenn es richtig renoviert ist. Zum Glück dürfen die Kinder auf den Geräten eines super freundlichen Nachbarn spielen. Die Lage zu den Orten, die wir besuchen wollten, ist perfekt.
