A modern penthouse flat for up to 6 people with a stunning view of the Baltic Sea and the marina at Marina Wendtorf. Its elevated position offers a magnificent panoramic view of the water from the balcony or terrace. The bright living and dining area, with an open-plan kitchen and large windows, combines modern comfort with a maritime flair. Facilities include underfloor heating, a bathroom with a rain shower and steam bath function, and a bioethanol fireplace. A TV with a Blu-ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth provide entertainment. Two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living area accommodate up to 6 people. The promenade, beach, harbour, restaurants and cafés are all nearby. Popular destinations such as Laboe, Kiel and Schönberg are within easy reach. At the Activity Centre, families can enjoy the indoor playground and black-light mini-golf free of charge; there are further playgrounds along the promenade. A free parking space is included with the flat. In the mornings, enjoy the vast expanse of the Baltic Sea, watch the maritime hustle and bustle in the marina, and round off your day with a glass of wine whilst taking in the view. The high-quality fittings, the open-plan living space and the exceptional location make this penthouse flat a stylish retreat for couples, families or friends right on the beautiful Baltic Sea coast.
