Luxury Retreat in Toftum

Attractive vacation home with swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna in the scenic and peaceful vacation home area of Toftum on Rømø. The heart of the house is the kitchen/family room with a new kitchen from 2021. From here, there is a view of the house's pool area, where, in addition to the swimming pool, you will find a sauna, hot tub, and a large bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. From the pool area, there is direct access to the terrace, where a barbecue and garden furniture are available. The kitchen/family room has both a dining area and a sofa area with a smart TV and a wood-burning stove. Two steps down is another bright living room with a sofa area and TV, which also has access to the terrace. There are four good double bedrooms and a smaller single bedroom adjoining one of the double bedrooms, which may be convenient for a child who wants to sleep close to their parents. This room also has access to a small, secluded terrace. There are two additional sleeping areas in the loft. All bedrooms have new carpets from 2021, while the common room and pool area have tiled floors with comfortable underfloor heating. In addition to the bathroom, there is also a nice guest toilet. The holiday home is located on a large, child-friendly plot, where children are catered for with an in-ground trampoline and other play equipment (used at your own risk/insurance). From the house, it is a 5-minute drive to Lakolk Beach, known as one of Denmark's best beaches, where you can drive right down to the water. Lakolk also has restaurants and shopping options for every taste. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
