The bathroom includes a shower, sink, WC, washing machine, and tumble dryer. An air-to-air heat pump and electric heating ensure a pleasant indoor climate year-round. Outdoors, you will find a 767 m² landscaped garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a charcoal grill – perfect for relaxed summer evenings. The house is non-smoking.
