In one of the best locations on the Danish west coast, on a beautiful dune plot, this beautiful vacation home is located in the middle of a national park, the Wadden Sea, and bordering the coastal conservation area. This newly built holiday home on Fanø is furnished with 3 lovely bedrooms for 6 people, 2 complete bathrooms in the cottage with underfloor heating, with a personal and homely interior with details that focus on light and modern décor, which elevates this house above most other holiday homes. Here, you will want for nothing, but will enjoy the most fantastic location and a view that only a few can dream of. The holiday home is energy efficient with geothermal heating, which provides underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. On cool days, you can light the wood-burning stove and enjoy cooking in the beautiful, practical, and high-ceilinged kitchen, while the dining area has direct access to an undisturbed and protected natural area. The living room has a smart TV without TV channels, so you have to stream your own TV package. Here you will find unique opportunities for holiday experiences on Fanø in a class of their own. Lovely holiday home by the beach in Sønderho! Free final cleaning!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
