The annex also includes a TV and a separate WC, offering privacy and flexibility — ideal for teenagers, grandparents, or extra guests. Outside, multiple terraces provide options for dining, grilling, or simply lounging in the sun. One terrace is covered, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors in comfort regardless of the weather.
