A pleasant and fresh holiday home in a good location in a small holiday home area. The long, child-friendly sandy beach is within walking distance. The house is situated on a corner plot and is enclosed by a fence, making it a safe and comfortable choice for families with children. The holiday home area is surrounded by beautiful green woodland with many walking trails. The house has a lovely modern and well-equipped open-plan kitchen and a living room with comfortable seating. The sofa bed can accommodate two people. There is a modern TV with Swedish channels and Chromecast. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with bunk beds and a small TV that can be used to connect a game console or similar device. The main bedroom has access to a smaller glazed outdoor room. This is a pleasant place to relax in the evenings when it gets a little chilly or on rainy days. The spacious terrace has a dining table, garden furniture and a barbecue. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee as well as lovely barbecue evenings. The house is not rented to groups of young people. A short distance to the south takes you to the summer centre of Skummeslövsstrand, with several restaurants, shops and a bakery. In Mellbystrand you will find the beach hotel, small shops and restaurants. A little further south is the Bjäre Peninsula, with its picturesque summer villages and, not least, Båstad, the popular tennis town. The area is connected by beautiful cycle paths. To the north, you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, a wide range of entertainment and many golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm, beautifully situated by the River Lagan? The river offers excellent salmon fishing. A fishing permit is required. Golf enthusiasts will also find several excellent golf courses in the surrounding area.
