The owner does not speak English and I don't speak Spanish but we managed. She gave a brief tour of the property when we arrived. The only air conditioned room is the main bedroom. The apartment itself was immaculate and showed pride of ownership. It is on the 10th floor and felt private.The on site security was excellent.If you are looking for an out of the way place while in Bucaramanga, you won't be disappointed.
