In the sought-after area of ​​Conchiglia, in a villa facing the sea, we rent two apartments located on the ground floor. Both with private garden and exclusive parking space. From the structure you can directly access the beach, in front of the house we find a free beach and 200 meters away we find an equipped beach. the two apartments are called PONENTE (with a terrace facing the beach) and OSTRO (also from this terrace you can see the sea).
At Via del Capodoglio 9, in the sought-after Conchiglia area, we rent a ground-floor apartment in a beachfront villa. The apartment comprises a kitchenette with living room, a double bedroom, a second bedroom, a bathroom with a window and shower, and a private outdoor courtyard.

A gate with direct access to the beach is shared with another apartment.

EQUIPMENT: Stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, two TVs, washing machine, Wi-Fi, outdoor barbecue, tower fans in every room, and air conditioning in the living area.

SLEEPS: Sleeps 6 in two double beds and a sofa bed.
