Excellent accommodation

The house is very well equipped and plenty of space for all the family. Cudillero is beautiful town and the walk down to the town is beautiful ( quite challenging on the way back!)

Lovely house in a beautiful area

The house is comfortable and big enough for our group of 7 adults. The pool is really nice, even though the water is pretty cool. The walk to town is very tough, it’s a really steep hill, but it’s doable and well worth it. The outdoor space is great, we had a barbecue one night and ate outside every day.

Asturian adventures

I stayed at this property with my two small children, my sister and her young family. The house was very spacious with a beautiful outdoor eating area that was lit up at night time. The pool was perfect for the children as was the garden. House amenities were ideal. The house itself was ideally located with fantastic views over Cudillero. It was also ideal for exploring the surrounding mountainous landscape. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and what a view!

We travelled with family to Cudillero and found this great house with a view of the Cantabric. The lounge/living room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms(4) were comfortable and the bathrooms(2) had good running hot water. It has two kitchens but we ended up using only one and was convenient. The house has a nice looking pool but when we were there it rained and was cold so we didn't get to use it. The town is very pretty. The house sits high over the town and you can walk down to town but the return is a bit steep. So some of us walked down and some drove down. There is a large market nearby and the restaurants in town were very good.

Mucho mejor de lo que pensábamos

Íbamos un poco escépticos por no conocer esta página de reservas, pero la verdad que supero nuestras expectativas,la casa está genial,limpia y perfecta para grupos, genial para ir con niños y también con perros, nuestros perros disfrutaron mucho en el prao.Javier fue muy amable y atento y Luisa la señora que nos entregó las llaves también, volveremos a repetir 100%

Hemos estado genial!!! La casa está muy bien, muy grande y con todo lo necesario; es verdad que se pueden mejorar algunas cosas, como las puertas para que cierren mejor y no hagan ruido, o poner unas cortinas en los ventanales de la cocina para que no te vean desde fuera, pero vaya que son secundarias. Por decir una recomendación, poner más hamacas de piscina, porque solo hay 2 y la casa es muy grande, para muchas personas... O alguna mesita con sillas acerca de la piscina....pero por lo demás la recomiendo porque hemos estado muy, muy a gusto!!! Nos recibió la señora Luisa, encantadora, muy atenta y amable, muchas gracias por todo Luisa!!!

Maison très sale mais bien située

La maison a un emplacement parfait pour visiter Cudillero et les Asturies en général. L’hôte a été très gentil. Cependant, la propreté de la maison laisse complètement à désirer : assiettes sales dans les placards lors de notre arrivée, odeur insupportable d’humidité dans l’ensemble de la maison, insectes et toiles d’araignées partout, taches sur les draps… En bref, la maison est vieillissante et n’est pas assez entretenue, ce qui est dommage car elle est très bien située pour un prix raisonnable.

La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Le falta un poco de mantenimento, huele a humedad, las puertas hacen ruido. La comunicación ha sido muy buena y la zona es perfecta

La casa no es de nueva construcción pero se ha construido con aislantes térmicos, durante los últimos años hemos ido renovando partes del jardín e interiores como una de las cocinas , baños y salón. Si es verdad que la zona donde esta ubicada la finca es humeda por el clima y la casa no está habitada todo el año. Vamos a tratar de evitar que esto suceda y las puertas antiguas las cambiaremos cuando termine la temporada. Gracias por vuestras recomendaciones. Antonio
