Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Cancelled hours before check in

I requested check-in instructions the day before my stay and they responded hours before check-in the following day to say the property had plumbing issues and is not habitable. They offered me to stay at a different property of theirs but were unable or unwilling to provide a link to the property so I could see the place for myself and look at reviews but sent pictures instead. It felt like a scam. I should've known better than to book a property without any reviews. I had to scramble to find somewhere to stay at the last minute which was very stressful.
