Located just 22 km west of Cherbourg, in the scenic region of La Hague, in Cotentin, our coastal cottage offers uninterrupted sea views, the Island of Alderney, and breathtaking sunsets.
• Nestled in a peaceful village, the house faces a 10 km sandy beach, with dramatic cliffs and coves just minutes away.
• Enjoy direct access to the beach via a 500 m footpath or drive just 3 minutes to the main beach with ample parking.
• You're right on the GR223 coastal hiking trail, with beautiful walks starting from the doorstep.
• Surfing (with Surf School), sand yachting, and glider flights are available in Vauville, only a few minutes away.
• A fantastic local bar and restaurant is a 3-minute walk, and all essential shops are just 6 minutes by car.

Our couple has been managing a couple of holidays cottages at the Manoir de Dur-Ecu in nearby Urville-Nacqueville for 20 years.
Charmed by the location, we bought Vauville with the idea of moving there, but we are glad to receive guests in the meantime.

We always wanted to have a place in front of a sandy beach and facing the sunset and the beautiful cliffs of La Hague!
What makes this property unique
Sea front + countryside + historic village !
I guess this property is rather unique in being able to accommodate a family of 7 (and their dog !) on a first line seafront, with a garden and neighbouring pastures of the local breeds of horses or sheep.
