Recent part of an older house, (not open for rental but uninhabited during your stay) the single storey house of 60 m2 for 4 people with enclosed garden with direct access to the beach, consists of:
Bedroom 1: double bed - Bedroom 2: twin beds.
Shower room - washing machine
Lounge - TV - WIFI
Kitchen-dining room overlooking the garden.
Garden tables and chairs. Deckchairs, barbecue, parasol, table tennis.
Terrace with private staircase descending onto the beach.
Exceptional location.

Urville Nacqueville is located at the gates of La Hague. Its magnificent sandy beach offers many activities for young and old with on one side the nautical club: catamaran, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sea garden ... on the other side the customs path, starting point around the Cap de la Hague.
Shops, equestrian center, tennis, nearby; city of the sea in Cherbourg, Nacqueville castle park, Vauville botanical garden, Ludiver planetarium, surf spots, windsurf etc.

Apartment on the beach

Lovely little apartment with all you need for a refreshing break. Owner’s photos very useful to find the apartment as very tucked away down a lane. The location is excellent as the garden literally opens onto the sand as well as the garden around the property.

Traumhafte Lage am Meer / Une situation de rêve au bord de la mer

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt in dem schönen Haus mit großzügigem Garten. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der seperate Liegebereich mit eigenem Zugang zum Strand ist wundervoll und gibt einen herrlichen Blick auf den Atlantik frei, an dem man herrliche Spaziergänge machen kann. Es gibt einen wunderbaren Bäcker und einige Läden für die Rundumversorgung. Wir eine wundervolle Zeit und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Dès le début, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise dans cette belle maison au jardin spacieux. Les chambres sont confortables et aménagées avec goût, rien n'y manquait. L'espace de détente séparé avec son propre accès à la plage est magnifique et donne une vue imprenable sur l'Atlantique, le long duquel on peut faire de belles promenades. Il y a une merveilleuse boulangerie et quelques magasins pour l'approvisionnement complet. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux et nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Idylle in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben im Mai/Juni 2024 zwei Wochen in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Beschreibungen und Fotos der Wohnung und des Gartens stimmten zu 100% mit der Realität überein. Die Wohnung im Anbau dieser unmittelbar am Meer gelegenen - während unseres Aufenhaltes unbohnten - kleinen Villa ist gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut und umfangreich ausgestattet, sodass wir als durchaus anspruchsvolle Selbstversorger und Hobbyköche beim Kochen nichts vermisst haben. Auf dem Tisch standen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Cidre, Kekse und ein frischer Blumenstrauß. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war gut und zuverlässig. Geht man um das Haus herum, erreicht man in wenigen Schritten das wunderbare Gartengrundstück direkt am Strand, ausgestattet mit großem Tisch, Stühlen, Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Ein Traum! Vor den Nachbarn hat man überall auf dem Grundstück besten Sichtschutz. Zum Thema Sauberkeit: Böden, Küchenoberflächen, Bad und WC waren sehr sauber. In Ecken und Nischen findet man jedoch Spinnweben, die eine oder andere Zitterspinne und einige Dekorationsobjekte in der Küche hätten mal wieder eine kleine Reinigung nötig gehabt. Hier ziehen wir einen von 5 Sternen ab. Die Ruhe und Lage sind himmlisch. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Séjour de vacances fantastique

Cette ancienne maison normande d'Anne avec la nouvelle maison d'hôtes à Urville Nacqueville, avec le jardin directement attenant à la plage, est un endroit à ne jamais quitter. La maison d'hôtes est très agréable et confortablement meublée. Tout est là et tout fonctionne. Le jardin avec les vieux arbres est magnifique. Anne est une hôtesse communicative et très gentille. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous y retournerons certainement.

Très belle région. Logement bien aménagé avec tout le confort nécessaire. Très beau jardin avec terrasse et accès direct à la plage, ce qui constitue un grand plus! Séjour très très agréable

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable, la propriété est entretenue avec soin, la maison très propre et fonctionnelle. La proximité de la mer est bien sûr très pratique et agréable avec les enfants. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique et permet le lâcher-prise. Nous avons pu « recharger les batteries » avant la rentrée de septembre. Pour terminer, je souhaitais noter le contact très agréable des propriétaires de la maison, un accueil fort sympathique et à l'écoute de leurs hôtes. En résumé, que du Bonheur :-)

Ruhiges und hübsches Haus am Meer

Das hübsche Haus und der Garten direkt am Meer von Urville-Naqueville bieten für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Ideal für Ruheliebende. Den Strand firekt vor der Gartentüre, wie die Bilder versprechen. Ideal für Windsurfer. Wellenreiten und Surfen ohne Segel eher nicht möglich. Kein Fahrradverleih möglich. Sehr ländliche, eher einsame Gegend. Aber ein gut sortierter Supermarkt im Ort.

Un petit coin de paradis au calme.

Logement très bien situé en bord de mer avec accès direct à la plage et aussi un jardin très agréable. Maison bien équipée avec en prime une table de ping-pong pr les enfants/ ados.
