La struttura è indipendente, è situata a piano terra e dispone di un parcheggio privato. L'immobile è situato in una zona semicentrale e tranquilla a pochi minuti dal centro storico e dal porto, mentre la strada panoramica e le spiagge sono raggiungibili in meno di 10 minuti con l'auto. L'appartamento è provvisto di: aria condizionata (presente in tutte le stanze), tv, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, bollitore elettrico, asciugacapelli, lavatrice, stendini, asse e ferro da stiro e ombrelloni per la spiaggia. Sarà inoltre possibile usufruire, previa richiesta e pagamento in loco, di un servizio extra di escursioni e gite personalizzate con imbarcazione privata alla scoperta delle più belle spiagge e dei luoghi più suggestivi del nostro meraviglioso arcipelago.
