Large villa with sea view terrace in Abbiadori, a few minutes by car from Porto Cervo and the magnificent beaches of Costa Smeralda.



The villa, surrounded by nature, is particularly cozy and bright thanks to the colored furnishings and the many windows that allow light to enter. The entrance opens onto the living area furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and fully-equipped open kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and an espresso coffee machine. This room also has access to a terrace with a dining table from which guests can admire the spectacular view of the sea and enjoy meals in the open air.

The sleeping area consists of three rooms, two of which feature a queen-size bed and a closet each. The third has a bunk bed and a pull-out single bed. One of the double bedrooms also boasts a balcony overlooking the sea.

The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower and one with a bathtub.

Porto Cervo, the unquestioned capital of Costa Smeralda, is an exclusive seaside village built around an inlet that resembles a deer that has become the kingdom of luxury holidays. In the sixties, Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, fascinated by the beauty of this coastline, decided to buy the lands of this corner of Gallura to create the paradise of elite international tourism. Today the new marina, with 700 berths, is one of the largest and most equipped in the Mediterranean and hosts the prestigious Costa Smeralda Yacht Club, which organizes international sailing regattas.

In summer, you can easily find yourself going shopping with movie and TV stars in the prestigious boutiques of Porto Cervo, location of daily appointments with the international jet set, among parties and sporting events (golf in particular) hosted by fancy restaurants, luxury hotels and exclusive clubs.

The whole village is surrounded by beautiful villas and beaches with crystal clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind. Indeed, it is a great location to visit the wonders of this stretch of coast. Nearby, do not miss Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja and Principe Beach.
