Our property is strategically located, allowing you to explore the beauty of the Riviera di Ponente and the French Riviera. Just a few minutes away (2 km) are the stunning beaches of Bordighera, perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear sea. History and culture enthusiasts can visit the picturesque medieval village of Bordighera Alta, the Hambury Gardens, and the charming Bicknell Museum. For nature lovers, the Pallanca Gardens and the Argentina Promenade offer breathtaking views and pleasant walks. Its proximity to Sanremo—home to the famous February Festival—and to the glamorous Monte Carlo makes this the perfect base for discovering the best of the Riviera and the French Riviera. Outdoor enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area. The area is well-served by restaurants and bars where you can savour local specialities. The convenient transport links make it easy to explore this magnificent region, rich in colours, scents, and traditions.
Our property features a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes and wine glasses, induction cooktop and pots, fully equipped hand blender, kitchen scale). The bathroom features a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. There is a small laundry area with a washing machine (a clothes drying rack is provided). A bed and a sofa bed are provided, along with bed linens and bath, face, and bidet towels for each guest. The apartment has recently been completely renovated.
Within the residence’s grounds, there is a private parking space for the exclusive use of the apartment. Also within the residence is an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by greenery and supervised by a lifeguard (open from June 15 to September 15; closed on Tuesdays).
