Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
**DO NOT STAY HERE**Due to character limits, I can’t tell the full story. Abbreviated version:We booked a 2BR/2BA jr. suite with sea view and semi-private pool.Over a week later, I'm told they double booked us and blamed it on an API issue.Booked us in a villa (they claimed was an upgrade) instead. Communication was shady/poor here (asked for photos, was told no then finally got them over a week later - photos felt like this was a downgrade). All interactions felt forced & robotic.They never gave us an address, just coordinates. Those did not match the info in the booking either. Poor communication continues.We arrive the morning after our check in (this was communicated and confirmed ahead of time) at 830am. We're told we don't have a room. We explain the situation further. Same result.We're then shown a 1BR apt, which is basically a dingy closet, nothing like what we originally booked or what they promiaes with the villa. We're told we can have that at 4pm. We decline, ask for a refund (spoke to property manager on the phone multiple times because she refused to come onsite). They say no. We wait 2 hours then book another property. As we get in the car, they tell us our villa is magically ready. We look at it - no sea view, no semi-private pool). We demand a refund and are blatantly told no. Then are told they did nothing wrong, miscommunication was all our fault and they fixed everything in 15 minutes. All lies.Bait and switch. Bad property. Worse people.
