Villa Michela Sofia - Salento Reservation is a wonderful, newly renovated two-family villa able to guarantee a completely relaxing stay without sacrificing any comfort, in a strategic position to easily reach all the most famous destinations in Salento, capable of comfortably accommodating up to 10 people. Located in Posto Rosso, it is just 1 km from the sea, characterized by a low cliff with easy access where bathing is widely practiced and not far from the white beaches of Torre San Giovanni, and equidistant from the paradisiacal beaches of Gallipoli.
The villa consists of two adjoining units, perfect for hosting two families who wish to spend their holidays together while maintaining their privacy or a group of friends, and has in the first unit an air-conditioned double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a large living room with an additional single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower, while the second unit offers a comfortable double bedroom, a spacious triple bedroom with single beds, a modern bathroom with shower, a large living room with sofa, dining area and TV and a separate kitchenette fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare tasty meals.
Villa Michela Sofia has a large fenced outdoor area, perfect for our four-legged friends to play in total safety. The veranda offers a shaded area ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. In addition, Villetta Michela Sofia is equipped with a charcoal barbecue for tasty outdoor barbecues, an outdoor shower and free indoor parking space.
The house is also equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning in the double bedroom for the first unit and in the hallway for the second unit, washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi, to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Villetta Michela is located in Posto Rosso, a picturesque seaside resort located in the heart of Salento, known for its cliffs overlooking crystal clear waters. This quiet marina offers spectacular natural scenery and numerous nearby attractions: Torre San Giovanni, with the most beautiful beaches in the area, with fine sand and turquoise waters, ideal for a day of sun and sea, Gallipoli, known as the “Pearl of the Ionian Sea,” this city offers wonderful beaches, a fascinating historic center and a lively nightlife and Santa Maria di Leuca located in the extreme south of Salento, famous for its lighthouse and spectacular sea caves.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
