Beautiful Oceanfront Maui Condo

Enjoy your stay at this luxury oceanfront condo. It's only 21 steps from the ocean! Right in front of the ocean, you can lay by the resort pool. We are located right next to the Ma 'alea Village where you can take whale watching tours, snorkeling excursions, and deep sea fishing trips. Or just sit on your lanai enjoying watching surfers, whales, and sunrises over Haleakala while sipping on your favorite tropical drink. Visit the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, just a short walk from the condo, and learn all about the different marine animals and indigenous Hawaiian fish.

At night, you have a large comfortable King size bed to sleep on. Or, a queen size fold-out bed in the living room. The living room also hosts a Smart 65" Samsung wall-mounted TV with multiple Apps and a large Sonos sound bar.

This condo was fully remodeled with a tiled shower and granite counter-tops. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Fully furnished kitchen, air conditioner, cable TV, WiFi and a Bose music system.

Wonderful View and Location!

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful condo and the view is spectacular! Also, the location is perfect, we explored the whole island and the drive to each destination wasn’t to lengthy. The condo is in the bottom center of Maui. Also, the condo has everything you need like your at home. Lastly, the owner communication quick and helpful. Response time was quick on questions we had while we were there. Definitely would recommend and stay here again!!

Location, Location, Location

The area is perfect distance from every place we traveled to on the island. Beautiful sunrises, saw sea turtles down by the sea wall, saw a whale one morning and it’s April. The amazing views are so beautiful. The condo had everything we needed plus more. I cooked dinner once, breakfast two mornings, ate out or picnics the rest of the time. There was ice chest, beach chairs, and beach umbrella supplied (thank you)!

Wonderful Accommodations with Peaceful Ocean View and Abundant Amenities

We had an amazing time at this property! You can enjoy the million dollar view of the ocean right from the lanai while sipping coffee and watching the sunrise (or sunset). Steve was a fantastic, friendly, and responsive host. He provided excellent instructions and is a great communicator. The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Thank you!

Quiet part of busy island

Maalea is located in the center of west Maui and is a relatively small and quiet area. There are a couple of good restaurants in walking distance. The nearby ocean center is a real gem. It’s only a short drive from a number of golf courses and beautiful sandy beaches. The pool and beach front are small but well maintained. The ocean has access but is rocky and dangerous. Our condo was comfortable and well supplied. There’s a wall unit a/c located in the kitchen/living area which leaves it a bit warmer in the bedroom but fans help keep the sleeping area reasonably comfortable. Overall this is a great place to unwind.

Dream Vacation in Maui

What can I say, this property is a gem. Centrally located in Maui at Maalaea harbor from where you can travel to east,west and south Maui very conveniently. In the morning you can witness beautiful sunrise at Haleakala from Lanai and watch sea turtles from the lawn. From the Maalaea harbor you can go to excursions like snorkeling, whale watching and sunset cruise. Host Steve is very responsive , shares all details in advance and always available for any questions about Maui😊 We loved our stay and it’s become our dream vacation memories. We will definitely visit again and recommend to our friends. Thanks Steve!!!

Amazing

Steve & Emily Aloha! I must say your condo has been the cornerstone of our entire stay. Regardless of the tours we took or places we visited and people we have met; waking up each morning and enjoying a cup of coffee out on the lanai seeing the sunrise over Haleakala is what we will miss the most! Over the course of our stay, there was 3 excursions that stood out the most. 1. Gabriel's Ohana 2. Trilogy 3. Ocean Vodka These 3 were the best because of how genuine the people there made us feel like family or a close friend, making the experience that much better.

Place was great except for the door lock problem !

Great place but the door lock system was not working. Combo lock system was faulty and should of been repaired or replaced Was locked out of the unit until I was able to contact the unit manager. She gave me another unlock code that worked. Hope the owner repair the issue Ted

Quiet location and room to spread out

This unit was well equipped and had a great view. We had pretty much everything we needed. Plenty of towels for both the kitchen and bathroom. We had beach towels which came in handy. The lanai had a great view of the ocean. We could see sea turtles from our lanai. The location is on a quiet, dead end street very close to the harbor. We took a snorkeling cruise and could have walked there in about 10-15 minutes. The property is very nice and well kept. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. There is no beach but a rock wall where you can watch the ocean. We had a view of Haleakala from our lanai. One morning it was so clear, you could see the observatories on top of the volcano. It was a bit of a drive to most tourist areas but was very easy to get around with our rental car. The only thing I noticed about the unit was there were some small bugs in the kitchen area. We were able to kill them and didn't see any much after the first day. I would recommend this rental. It is comfortable and had enough room for our family of four.

Wonderful!

Quiet and safe. Centrally located. Walk to the beach. Walk to the harbor where many fishing and snorkeling tour boats depart. Walk to the aquarium. Well-stocked with spices, quality cookware and appliances. Quality bedding. The only thing I had to purchase aside from food was cooking oil. Umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, binoculars,cozy lanai, spectacular view. This part of the island is very very windy. With both doors open and the trade winds blowing through, I did not need AC at all. My only disappointment is that I left my makeup case with essential oils behind and was hoping to retrieve it. The cleaning service (also the on island contact) said that they throw out anything left behind that is open. There were many half used products in the bathroom and kitchen that I was happy to have access to such as finger nail polish remover and spices. This was a bit of a loss for me. i would definitely stay here again. Thanks Steven.

Great views and fully equipped

This is probably the best equipped condo I've rented. You basically just need food, clothes and snorkels. The only negative is that the bedroom is warm since the A/C is in the living room and it doesn't reach the back. We left the bedroom and patio windows open at night and by midnight it was cool enough to sleep. The condo and grounds are clean with beautiful grass by the sea wall. The ocean photos don't do it justice, as mornings on the patio were spectacular. Recommended more for couples, as there's not much for kids aside from the pool. Food is really expensive. Costco is a good option, and produce at Kihei farmer's market was better than Safeway. You absolutely need a car. Use Kihei Renta car. It's half the price of the airport and they shuttle you. Nice people too. Beware that drivers on Maui are very slow and all white minivans are likely driven by lost tourists that stop randomly for no reason. Definitely drive to northwest Maui and hike down to the Olivine Pools, Dragon's Point, and Nakalele Blowhole. Pack extra water. Great snorkeling, but the reefs are not colorful. We saw countless turtles and many colorful fish, octopus, urchins, and crabs. Fully charge your phone and take a portable charger as signals can be sketchy. Lava Rock and Three's Bar have good happy hours from 3-6 daily. Kihei has a good vibe. Go to Kaanapali Beach to jump off Black Rock. It's a pretty beach, but it's crowded and Lahaina feels like Florida.

Perfect location

This place is really great. The room is located walking distance from Maalaea harbor, where many boats leave. We were able to drive from this central location to anywhere on the island easily. This ended up being a much bigger perk than we realized. We explored the road to Hana, and part of the Haleakala National park (Ohe’o Gulch, Pipiwai trails) one day. We explored various beaches, and used the beach chairs, coolers and umbrella available from our room. Our favorites for snorkeling were Kapalua and Napili, where you can see so much life starting just feet off the shore. We saw turtles, octopus, eels, and so many beautiful fish. We took a tour called Tacos and turtles with Ali’i Nui, which was amazing. The whales and dolphins played alongside our boat, showing off like it was their job. So cool! The property is nice and calm, but still close to exciting things. It is not a luxury resort or a super modern place. But the place is clean, and more equipped than any home we have ever stayed, another bonus of which we just didn’t predict its value until arriving. The host is so kind and helpful. The lanai offers breathtaking views, including the sunrise over Haleakala each morning. Walking just steps down to the water to see dozens of large sea turtles foraging around each day was so nice. We got fresh fish and cooked at the room, again, super well equipped. We also ate at several local island spots, just read reviews and you can’t go wrong. We were so sad to leave!

The condo was very nice but small. They let us in earlier than the Usual check in time which was a good perk. The condo was super clean, in good shape, and very well equipped. The location is a bit isolated so you need to have a car. The adjacent Harbour is walkable and has good boat trips and a few restaurants.

Nice base

Nice central location. We booked the place for the view, and it lived up to expectations. Owner was very responsive throughout stay. Somewhat basic accommodations, but the kitchen would be very convenient if one wanted to prepare meals at home base. Not too much going on nearby - you have to drive to most everything -but bc you are central in the island, you’re never “too far” from any of the major attractions.

Steven's property was amazing! The views over look from the balcony were beyond beautiful. The condo was cleaned and equipped with everything we needed made us feel like home. We had a wonderful family vacation time here. We look forward to have a longer stay here again!

Heavenly stay in Maui
