About this property
Manor Farm Annex with enclosed, private Garden
The 2 bedroom property (sleeping 3) adjoins the our main house but has its own entrance. It is at the end of a short track in a very quiet location. We are usually on hand to help with anything that you may need.
It is an old building and does have a few rough edges.
Being on the Cotswold Way you have access to great walks in every direction. There is space to store muddy boots and dry off. Stroud with its famous market is 10 minutes drive. Gloucester 20 minutes and Cheltenham 30 minute.

The property features a main sitting room with dining table and double doors to outside garden. There is a TV and sofa, log burner and books. Please do not remove the books!
There is a double bedroom with King Size bed and a small bedroom with a single bed.
There is a separate kitchen and separate bathroom with shower.
There is a private garden (15m by 6m) which you can sit in and enclose a dog.
There is space to park 2 cars outside of the annex. Please let us know if you plan to come in 2 cars.
The pet fee includes one dog. If you would like to bring more than one dog please let us know. The additional charge is £10.00.

Guests can access all areas, except the utility room which can be used for washing clothes if required. A separate charge is made for this. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use washing facilities in case we are not here.

We live on the premises and can help guests with any queries. We may also be gardening, pottering about near the annex at times.
The garden is enclosed. The view is restricted by the hedge but there are great views once you step out of the annex and go for a walk
