IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THE HOUSE IS INTENDED FOR FAMILIES OR COUPLES; THEREFORE RENTALS BY GROUPS OR YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT PERMITTED. THE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THIS CLAUSE AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
