This charming summer house from 1969 offers a cozy holiday atmosphere close to both the sea and scenic nature. The house, suitable for up to 4 people, includes two bedrooms and 55 m².
The summer house features a lovely sunroom from 2017, inviting relaxation throughout the year. The newly added outdoor shower and shelter in the garden create unique possibilities for outdoor comfort and enjoyment.
The large terrace is sunny all day, perfect for grilling and relaxing, while the secluded garden offers space for play and wildlife, with visits from pheasants and hares.
Melsted harbor, only 200 meters away, provides swimming-friendly waters and beautiful surroundings. From here, there is easy access to both relaxing beach days and gourmet experiences at the Melsted Badehotel.
The area offers charming coastal trails, with a 15-minute walk leading to Gudhjem. Here you’ll find a selection of restaurants and shops in an authentic Bornholm atmosphere – ideal for a varied holiday experience.
