Wifi & stereo system. Hot tub in backyard. Propane BBQ. An art studio that comfortably seats 4. Beautifully updated with modern conveniences in a quaint charming town. 10 minutes to Thornbury, 25 minutes to Collingwood. 2 Full bathrooms with walk in showers and 1 bathtub.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the quaint charming town of Meaford. I wanted to get away from the big city traffic and box stores. I am 2 blocks from the beautiful Meaford harbour and 1 block from downtown Meaford. My daughters had the benefit of a small town charm that was safe and unassuming and provided wonderful memories for young children. We are blocks away from Beautiful Joe park and the Bighead River. You can ride your bike or cross country ski along the Georgian Trail.

It's a beautiful updated century home with a turret and lovely perennial gardens.
It's spacious with an open concept kitchen and a very large dining room. Perfect for a big skiers breakfast or a sit down dinner.
