Additional rules: There is a Guest Guide on the kitchen counter which outlines the House Rules and will assist in orienting yourself to the house and the area. SMOKING: Smoking is allowed outside only. Please take great care to avoid any damage or fire and dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. PETS are permitted with pre-approval from hosts. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and we ask that you bring their own bed (no dogs in human beds or on furniture please). FIREPLACE: Do not use the fireplaces in the home. They are not operational at this time. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. No feminine products or Kleenex should be flushed at any time. Guests will be responsible for any damages arising out of failure to comply with this rule. The water from the tap is safe for consumption. OUTBUILDINGS: For your safety, we ask that you not go into any of the outbuildings. They are private and locked for guests’ safety. KITCHEN: PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. Please do not move or rearrange the furniture at anytime.
BBQ: Please clean BBQ after each use for your and future guests enjoyment.
