Excellent resort for kids

The unit is clean, comfortable with a nice kitchen ! We love love it ! It also included access to a heated pool (only for Wyndham guests ) and my daughter enjoyed it ! My only complaint is the timeshare pitch at check in. It took over 40 mins for checking in because of that. We will def go with curb side next time

Excellent all around

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Smuggler’s Notch. Our host, Brooke, was extremely responsive in answering any questions I had. Our unit was in The Sycamores, in the West Hill section. It was a great ski in, ski out location. It was so convenient to not have to drive or catch a shuttle to hit the slopes. The unit was very clean and all appliances were in excellent condition and good working order. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware we needed. I was thrilled to even find a crockpot! The only slight downside to the resort is that the only restaurants on site open in the evening were the pizza place or the Hearth and Candle. It would have been nice if the casual restaurant was also open in the evening. Luckily, we found 3 different restaurants that were all very close by and enjoyed those for our evening meals.

Awesome experience!!!

We just spend a week at smuggler's notch. The kids ski program was unbelievable. My 2br/2 bath unit was great, with beautiful view of the mountain. Dealing with the owner Brooke was a pleasure. I had a few questions, she answer them immediately. Upon arrival to the resort, I had an issue. Brooke took care of it. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her. She is definitely a woman of her word!!!!
