The apartment has three bedrooms: two double rooms and one single room, offering ample space for everyone. Each room is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay.



The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals as if at home and is equipped with a coffee machine with capsules. The modern bathroom is well-finished, with a towel set for each guest, a courtesy kit, and a hairdryer.

The flat is located on the third floor without a lift.



To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification. Additionally, guests will be required to sign the lease contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax.



The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the lease agreement and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents made out to the guest.
