The apartment, fully renovated in 2015, is located in the 'Quartiere del Sole', next to the residential area of ​​the beach Poetto. It is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, it offers also an outdoor breakfast area with a small barbecue. The best choice for Cagliari

Outstanding apartment, very well equipped and designed, great art all around, safe neighbourhood, good bed, china plates and cups, great space and we did feel very good al the time being there

Sehr gut ausgestattete, sehr saubere, große Ferienwohnung. Parken auf der Strasse war mit unserem kleinen Auto (Fiesta) überhaupt kein Problem. Gerne wieder.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Stadtstrand Poetto ist man fußläufig 20 Minuten unterwegs, mit dem Auto 5 Minuten.

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Cagliari. L'appartement est propre, spacieux et bien équipé, la procédure d'arrivée simple et la propriétaire facilement joignable. Le petit plus : le jardinet est très agréable. L'environnement immédiat est calme et arboré, avec les commerces utiles à proximité, et parc à jeux pour les enfants. Le quartier est bien desservi par le réseau de bus (accès plage ou centre ville), la plage est accessible à pied (comptez 15 minutes de marche).

Ferien inmitten der sardischen Gesellschaft

Die Wohnung liegt super, ist sehr gut gewartet und sauber. Wir hatten nur Pech, dass es sehr sehr heiß war und die Wohnung auch nachts nicht kühler wurde. Sonst nur zu empfehlen.

Appartamento molto pulito e molto curato. Molto gentile la proprietaria. Unica pecca il caldo. Sebbene abbiamo abbassato le tapparelle lato dove batteva il sole e la sera tenendo tutto aperto entrasse fresco, quando all'ora di dormire chiudevamo tutto (è un piano terra) faceva caldissimo. Io metterei laria condizionata almeno nelle due camere. Le notti più calde sono state insonni purtroppo. La distanza dall'inizio della spiaggia di poetto sono almeno 2 km.

L’appartement de gloria est propre et spacieux il est au rez de chaussée avec une petite terrasse. Nous avons séjourné en août il fait très chaud dans l’appartement qui n’est pas climatisé. Nous avions 2 ventilateurs un pour chaque chambre, il manquerait 2 autres dans le salon et la cuisine, ou encore mieux une climatisation et ça serait le top! Merci à gloria qui était toujours disponible et rapide par messagerie

Eine ausgezeichnet schöne Wohnung!

Wir waren angenehm überrascht. Diese wunderschöne moderne Wohnung ist blitzsauber und komplett mit allem notwendigen für einen entspannten Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Wir haben den Urlaub auf Sardinien sehr genossen. Am letzten Tag haben wir dank der Empfehlung der Vermieterin noch den Mercato St. Benedetto besucht. Gesamturteil: hervorragend! Irma B.

Logement parfait pour une découverte de la région de Cagliari

L’appartement est idéalement situé à Cagliari, pas très loin du centre ville accessible en 5 mn en voiture et proche des grands axes pour quitter la ville Très propre et aménagé de manière contemporaine, le logement en rdc d’un bâtiment de 2 niveaux offre tout le confort et dispose d’une petite terrasse. Il est très calme. La proprietaire a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions par telephone. Notre seul regret : ne pas l’avoir rencontrée ce qui est toujours plus chaleureux Nous recommandons vivement ce logement

Great facilities in spacious apartment with very helpful owner

The apartment was very well equipped and spacious and with relatively easy access via public transport to Poetto beach and Cagliari city centre where excellent dining and nightlife options exist . While it was possible to walk to beach it is worth noting it is a good 30 minutes walk . As the Apt is in a residential area , there are not many local options for restaurants, but the 2/3 recommended by the owner were were very reasonably priced and ok for a casual quick pizza/pasta. There is a local supermarket although again it is a 10-15 walk so if you do not have own transport it is worth bearing this in mind also. Despite the residential location, we throughly enjoyed our stay and Gloria, the owner was very helpful and made our stay most pleasant.

Parfait pour 4 adultes, bien situé, bien aménagé et très pratique, l'appartement de Gloria nous a donné toute satisfaction pour un séjour de 5 jours où nous avons profité de Calgary et du sud de la Sardaigne.

L'appartamento è proprio come descritto, arredato con gusto e molto accogliente, la posizione è strategica e in zona c'è tutto quello che serve (Supermercati, bar, tabacchi, ristoranti, pizzerie, farmacia) e si può andare in spiaggia al Poetto a piedi. Gloria è stata molto gentile e precisa, ci ha dato tutte le dritte del caso e non essendo presente ci ha comunque lasciato nelle buone mani dei suoi genitori Franco e Clara molto disponibili e gentili. Ottima esperienza appartamento consigliatissimo.

Eine wunderschöne, sehr geräumige und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung am Rande der Hauptstadt

Wir durften unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbringen dir in echt noch viel schöner und vor allem geräumiger ist als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub so benötigt, auch lädt es sich wunderbar Kochen. Vielen Dank auch noch mal an den Hausherren, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

L'appartement est vraiment conforme aux photos.Propre et très agréable à vivre. Il est très bien situé entre la ville et les plages et surtout avec des commerces de proximité (boulangerie, petit supermarché, pharmacie...). Un grand merci à Gloria aussi qui donne de très bons conseils avant et qui reste toujours disponible durant le séjour :) C'est vraiment très appréciable !!! Je recommande vivement cette location.
