Liked: Check-in, communication, location

Just 10 minutes from nearest Tube stop!

Pros: Great location (near shops, tube station, safe to walk around at night, etc.); 3 bedrooms; Reasonably priced; Very responsive & accommodating host; Easy check-in process; Has washing machine; Plenty of essentials (eg, toilet paper, detergent). Cons: No AC (which ordinarily would not be a problem, but we happened to visit during a heat wave:), so could have used a few more fans; Many photos of nude women (tasteful and artfully done, but might be a bit of a shock to some more conservative families); No dryer (although drying racks were available); Not many cooler, summer blankets available; Tiny but not necessarily cozy (but, of course, there were 5 of us). Overall, it was a good value for my family of 5, especially when compared to similar sized flats in Zone 1. Tryce, the host, was very easy to reach and extremely helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Why they chose this property

I chose to live in Notting Hill because it feels like a hidden village in the heart of London. I love its colourful houses, leafy streets, and the sense of creativity that lingers in the air. There’s something about the blend of old-world charm and modern energy here that makes every day feel a little bit magical.

What makes this property unique

My flat is a cosy, with a modern design filled with character, curated details, and just the right amount of lived-in charm. It’s where vintage finds meet modern comforts, and where every corner tells a quiet little story.
