Guidelines outlined by WHO and relevant authorities are monitored frequently to ensure in-house staff are delivering the highest levels of safety for the protection of everyone concerned.
Increased cleaning time to disinfect all high-touch surfaces and items including but not limited to door handles, tables, chairs, handrails, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, kettles, taps, toilets, light switches and remote controls. All linen is washed at high temperature. Staff are wearing PPE (masks and gloves) when cleaning the homes and exercise hand hygiene when entering and exiting a home.
