A truly beautiful thatched cottage set in a quiet countryside location but only a short drive to the county's stunning beaches and attractions. The cottage is ideal for families with older children, couples and anyone wishing to get away for a relaxing and peaceful Dorset break. Furnishings, bed linens and decoration are all of the highest quality and outdoors there is plenty of lounge and dining furniture for you to enjoy, set against a backdrop of the Purbeck Hills.
The cottage, whilst looking period, is in fact relatively new so you can enjoy all the benefits of a modern property with generous sized rooms, modern double glazing/central heating and every creature comfort.
The private entrance hall complete with downstairs washroom leads to the cottage's main lounge/diner with ample seating, TV/DVD and B&O bluetooth speaker. The fully equipped kitchen is home from home with hob/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Dualit toaster/kettle and Krups Nespresso.
Upstairs via the reclaimed feature spiral staircase are beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms (1 with bath/1 with shower), luxury bed linens and fluffy towels.
Outside, you'll find dedicated outdoor seating and dining areas and the delightful garden with winter-born stream.

We chose the cottage as it looked very pretty and as our daughter’s boyfriend is Canadian, thought it would seem more memorable than a more ordinary flat or hotel. Lovely setting, pretty cottage and perfect weather, and was very close to the wedding we were there for.Very comfortable and very clean.
