The apartment is in an amazing location being only walking distance to a choice of great restaurants, bars, cafes and local shops.
Our Holiday Hideouts are beautifully finished, professionally cleaned and all meticulously maintained.
This self contained, high spec 2 king size bedroom holiday apartment is spacious and welcoming.
Everything is brand new!
Living room / Kitchen / Diner Large SMART TV, Large 4 seater corner sofa & 4 seater dining table.
Kitchen features stone worktops, oven & Hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
The master bedroom is large with king size bed, large built in wardrobes & SMART TV.
Bedroom 2 is also a good sized king with separate wardrobe, draws & SMART TV.
There is also a desk work/reading area in the hallway.
We have fast dedicated WiFi throughout with smart connected TVs in every room so no fighting over what to watch!
Netflix, iPlayer & other TV catch up services - Enjoy!
This is a self contained private apartment with it's own entrance. It is situated on the 1st floor with an additional outside set of steps running up from the parking space.
2 king size bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, seating and desk/work area.
You'll have the whole place to yourself with uninterrupted privacy.
We are local hosts living nearby, happy to help where we can. If you need any local info just ask!
Penn Hill is a super trendy local part of town offering a choice of 4 really good restaurants, 3 great bars & the UK's top award winning artisan bakery / cafe. Plus there is a yoga studio opposite if that is your thing!
There is also a CoOp Local convenience shop at the end of the road where you can find everything you might need.
The apartment is on a main bus route with a stop right outside. The allocated parking bay is directly outside plus there is additional free road parking nearby.

Lovely flat equipped with all you need in a very nice location. Parking space is small so if you've got a larger vehicle it will be tight. Not a big issue though as there's plenty of on road parking available a short walk up the road. Recommended
I booked this apartment for my daughter and her 3 girl friends. The photos they sent me looked lovely, impeccably clean, light and modern.
The communication from the property manager/owner was fantastic. Clear instructions in advance on how to enter the property, how to find it and the 'rules'.
I would highly recommend without hesitation.

Overall, this property is ok.
Quiet at night and the bed was fairly comfortable.
Good location.
Very difficult finding the access and parking at night.
No lighting or visible signs.
When I did find the parking space it was extremely difficult to get my modest vehicle in the space - had to climb over and get out of the passenger side.
The steps are metal, not illuminated, slippery when wet as they don't drain, the treads are narrow, and the last step is a different height and depth. Sounds pedantic, but at 11 at night, dark, wind and rain, carrying luggage, not great at all.
There is a light on the next bit of the path, but it wasn't working!
Once inside there is plenty of room.
Surprised there was no blind or curtain in the kitchen/sitting room! Difficult to watch the TV at night as it is on the wall and just reflects off the windows behind you.
Sorry, but the property is not that clean. Dust in and on many lamps. Flies stuck in grease above the cooker hob. Mould in the shower.
The listing says everything is brand new, but a lot of the furniture is very worn already.
The second day I parked on the street and walked, much easier.
Little touches and improvements would make all the difference.
Wenn man herausgefunden hat, dass man HINTER die Häuserreihe muss, ist es nicht schwer zu finden.
Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, auch was die Küche anbelangt. Es gibt sogar Kaffesticks, Tee und Zucker für die Vergesslichen!
Obwohl es direkt bei mehreren Restaurants liegt, war es selbst nach vorne zur Strasse leise, in den zur Rückseite liegenden Schlafzimmern war es völlig ruhig.
Sehr schön ist die Lage: Wenn man das Haus auf der Rückseite über den schmalen Weg verlässt und 1 Minute nach rechts geht ist man in einer tollen Patisserie in der man frühstücken oder erstklassige Baguettes und Brot kaufen kann.
Nochmal um die Ecke sind direkt 4 oder 5 Restaurants. Man muss also nicht noch Abends Auto fahren!
Ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto in weniger als 5 Minuten in einem Tesco oder Lidl, aber auch am Strand.
Von Poole aus hat man dann prima Zugriff auf die Küste Richtung westen mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Wir wollen wiederkommen!
Tolles Appartment in super Umgebung. Bei Nacht etwas schwierig zu finden, aber mit dem online Standort klappt auch das. Pub und Einkaufsladen direkt um die Ecke.

Clean and good for what we needed. However location (above shops/restaurants) not what we expected and not ideal with a toddler.
My family and I had such a lovely, relaxing stay at this property. The facilities in the area are great. A lovely family pub very nearby and a patesserie perfect for breakfast. The property was clean, spacious and only a short drive to the beach. Would stay again!
arriving in the night is a bit tricky as there is no light! everything is available for cooking; well equipped! food store in walking distance open from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm! just great!
