Set in a quiet location. Ground floor self contained apartment with garden access. The bedroom has a king size bed and is ensuite with a walk in shower. The lounge/kitchen/dining area has access to the garden which offers additional dining and seating area. Off road parking.
Ten minute walk from the sea front and local amenities.
Lee on the Solent has a pebble beach and views of the Isle of Wight. The solent is a busy water way with plenty of activity from water sports - swimming, sailing, paddle boarding and kite surfing. Numerous cruise ships pass through plus the occasional warship can be seen.
Cross the water by foot ferry to the historic dockyard in Portsmouth or continue onto the Isle of Wight.
Close to the New Forest, Winchester, Southampton and Portsmouth.
