This ground-floor retreat enjoys a comfortable open-plan living space furnished with a sofa and a Smart flatscreen TV. This area also incorporates an eat-in kitchen fitted with; a Mokka coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a dining table.

Large French doors open out to a pretty garden that leads to a shared outdoor pool and an outside dining area. Here guests can relax and enjoy alfresco meals whilst soaking up the incredible lake views.

Location

Amirovista apartment is located in the picturesque town of Villanuova sul Clisi, in the hills above the southern shores of Lake Garda.

The historic town of Salò is approximately a 10-minute drive away where guests can visit \"MuSa - Museo di Salò\" and the Renaissance-inspired Duomo di Santa Maria Annunziata Cathedral. Here, guests will also find numerous taxi boats and ferries to explore the lake. Other popular excursions include Padenghe sul Garda (a 25-minute drive), known for its prized extra-virgin olive oil and D.O.C wines, and Sirmione with its famous thermal baths (a 40-minute drive).

For outdoor enthusiasts, Parco delle Colline Moreniche is a great destination for hiking, (a 35-minute drive) and Alto Garda Park (a 10-minute drive) offers beautiful lakefront hiking trails. Guests are also in easy reach of Bau Beach (a 15-minute drive) and Barbarano Beach (a 10-minute drive).

Guests will find a supermarket a 5-minute drive away and there are several restaurants within a 5-10-minute drive from the property.
