The initial impressions of the property were concerning, the location is in a run down area 10 minutes walk from the town centre.Parking outside whilst initially we were concerned actually was fine with no damage to our vehicle.The property was clean and quiet, basically furnished and the beds are low and small. The blinds are not black out so take eye masks if you need.There is no dishwasher yet everything else is there.We had a great time.When the area is completed it will be a new lease for the area and no doubt a cafe culture will prevail!

Wifi signal was slow.
Very sparsely furnished, lacked adequate pillows, no hand towels or dish towel. Dirty kitchen sponge. Some dishes were not very clean. Mattresses were quite uncomfortable and of low quality. Main balcony door in living area was broken and would not open. Management offered to fix, but we did not think it necessary at the time. Front door to building was in process of having the lock repaired and was open for the duration of our stay, which made us nervous. In the middle of a construction zone with derelict buildings around. Looked dirty and felt unsafe.

The property itself is quite lovely. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat was basically brand new, very nice and comfortable BUT... The location of the flat is between MAJOR construction of a 10 story apartment complex with lots of early, noisy workers and a street needing serious demolition or renovation. There was a lot of litter and quite a few individuals loitering on street corners.The bedrooms and baths were very nice. However, the kitchen ONLY had major appliances and a toaster. No coffee maker, no hot pot, no salt/pepper or spices, no tea bags, no oil... absolutely nothing to enable the preparation of any meal on-site. We had to walk 10-15 minutes for coffee/breakfast each morning rather than enjoying some in the flat. ;-(We truly believe this WILL BE AN OUTSTANDING place to stay in 3-5 years when the apartments are completed and new shops opened. It is a shame that the description for the space was not up front about the current location.
