Beachfront Morros Epic 1BR + pools & private beach
Welcome to this unique fantasy retreat! Enjoy an elegant, one-of-a-kind design and a perfect location—just steps from one of the city's finest beaches. We're 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the historic walled city, home to top restaurants and bars. Only 850 meters from the Convention Center Hotel Las Américas, you’ll have direct beach access, plus a swimming pool and gym for your relaxation.
It is mandatory for guests to pay a fee of $18.000 COP or 4,5 USD per guest upon arrival at the building reception.

We have 1 bedroom which has TV, air conditioning and is equipped with fine linen. We have a furnished terrace to enjoy an incredible view. The apartment is located on the highest level of the building (8th floor) with quick and easy access to the common areas of the building.

In the area we have alternative addresses to the apartment or the pool. Children's area, wheelchair access, gym, reception and 24-hour surveillance (closed circuit)
