Sorry you weren’t happy with the wifi speed unfortunately when you choose to holiday in Cornwall I think you need to accept that things are a little bit slower WiFi wise. You never contacted us with any other issues so hope you enjoyed everything else thanks we are disappointed with a low score with no contact or explanation

Chalet location good for access to Bude and surrounding beaches. Property was ok for a base but thought the site and chalet could do with modernising and some upkeep. Communication and check in all straight forward.

All great , everything prepared for guests on time. Only one thing that nowhere wasn’t mentioned that there is top up electric and we need to buy this additionally . For a week we spent 10 as almost not stayed there which is good . Otherwise all good, few spiders in the house and some spiderwebs as well .

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
No clean bed linen. Uncomfortable seating. No restaurant. No staff to talk to. Car park too far from accommodation. Hot water limited and expensive system. We won't be coming back or recommending it.
