About this property
HiddenOasisBandB " A Bed & Breakfast Community"
HiddenOasisBandB lays cozily nestled amongst the Dragoon Mountains, approximately 45 minutes east of Tucson AZ, and 2 hours 30 minutes from Phoenix AZ airport. With an elevation of 4800 feet, the air is fresh and breezy, and a complete 360 degree view of the the mountains..
The property has a variety of mature trees and shrubs, seasonal flowers and gardens, and two decorative ponds, creating a true hidden paradise. In addition to the Main House which is an Adobe structure with a charismatic medieval look & feel, the property also boasts 4 unique guest Casitas. Also on the property is a Chapel originally dating back to the 1890’s. Over the years many couples have taken advantage of this setting to create a one of a kind marriage ceremony. A tree house overlooks the property as well. Hiking, Cycling, Horseback riding, Vineyards, Wine tastings, Museums, Sightseeing, Fishing, and more are all to be found in close proximity. Only 2 miles away is an old time saloon, open on Saturday nights, featuring live country western music. Of course, you may simply choose to hang out - playing croquet, pitching horse shoes, miniature golf or simply resting and relaxing while remaining on the property, lounging near the pond or any of the several comfy sitting areas, and escape from reality for a while. We're in the Old WEST - this was once a Train stop back in the day. Passenger & Cargo Trains still go thru, HOWEVER we are a "QUIET ZONE". Trains can only blow horns if there is a human or animal on tracks.

The quiet of the property is amazing! You can actually hear birds singing rather than traffic. Hosts are terrific and very hospitable. The property is enchanting.
We had excellent and prompt help from the hosts, and we appreciated being able to eat several meals with them. The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean. For some reason, neither of our I-phones was able to access GPS in that region, so we were handicapped in finding nearby sites —until we finally found old-fashioned paper maps for that region.
Great little spot hidden away but central to many activities. The hosts were friendly and welcoming making for a very easy and comfortable stay. The casita had everything I needed and more and the grounds were fun to explore. Highly recommend
The Hidden Oasis is just that. It’s a cool, funky little village hidden away. The casita was clean and was a great space to relax! It is a bit far from Willcox and the wineries, so plan on driving a little while.
Max and Chad were so amazing and welcoming. Very clean space, also there is a few amenities around the property. Hot tub, chapel, games and books that are the host personal amenities on their property that they enjoy sharing. You are granted full access to everything on arrival. They host you on their personal property in one of the multiple very clean casitas at there home. Breakfast is offer and cooked by max her self its a nice touch. They make you feel like your at home.A peaceful beautiful area to get away from the hustle in bustle of every day life. It was pleasant to say the least. It's not the Ritz so do not expect that. However it is probably cleaner than the Ritz. Max has the cleanest floors i have ever seen in life. The casitas have everything you need to cook and enjoy your time relaxing. Thanks again Max and Chad for sharing your life's dream, bed and breakfast with us.
Had a great time at Hidden Oasis. Had dinner with Max and Chad the first night. They were extremely welcoming and pleasant conversationalists. The Chicken Parm may have been the best I’ve ever had. We also had breakfast on one day, fresh eggs were awesome.
Other than being a little difficult to find, it was an enjoyable place to settle as we explored the area. Thank you Maxine for helping us find our way.
There are people you meet along the way that are something special, and Maxine is just that. Gracious, helpful, passionate, fun, and kind. We had a blast with her at the saloon nearby and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and spend time with us. I thought I had left an expensive item behind and she went out of her way to look for it. (It turns out I had it with me).She cooked a lovely breakfast for my boyfriend. The casitas are clean and let us get some good rest and relaxation. Love the location to the Cochise Stronghold and Willcox! The property is very unique and the chapel is quaint. I can't say enough good things about our stay and highly recommend!!
Max is an awesome host. Breakfast was super yummy with fresh eggs. The cabin was comfortable and cozy. There is a little chapel on the property. Also a couple of ponds that you can relax by. At night she has bond fires with all guest are welcome to come. Im definitely coming again. Thank Maxine and Chad

Love this place! Unique and fun!
Maxine and her husband definitely have the gift of hospitality. My husband and I felt like they were welcoming long lost friends when we arrived. The casita (the 2 bedroom) was great - it was decorated with old knickknacks and cool pictures. Having a full kitchen was very nice too. The location was perfect for sight seeing in Tombstone, Bisbee and Douglas. If you are interested in ghost towns, there are several near Tombstone that don't require 4-wheel drive. The weather was perfect - much cooler than Phoenix. They have 3 casitas so this would be a perfect place for a multi family vacation. This was a million times better than a hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Where to start? I could write a book. The hosts are lovely people, very kind and friendly. The property has old and “rustic” cabins that were super quaint but not up to par, in my eyes. I went back to the listing to see what I missed and all the reviews rave about the place. There was no one bad thing, it was a hundred little things. My biggest gripe is that this is called a B&B and the listing says “breakfast included “. I don’t know what that means to you but to me it means more than envelopes of instant oatmeal and one granola bar for a 6 night stay. And no one mentions the freight train that passes by every couple hours! It is yards from the property and not mentioned in listing either. “Quiet zone” is ridiculous.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Hidden Oasis! The owners were kind and the property was lovely. We enjoyed doing yoga and reading in the yoga/chapel/library and watching the chickens scratch around in their yard. Thank you!
I'll begin with Max(ine) & Chad, who were so warm and gracious during our stay. Casita #4 was absolutely adorable, bright and airy and stocked with everything we needed. The beds, including the sofa bed, were very comfortable. The grounds are full of surprises and fun to explore. You will love your stay here.
This is a clean, comfortable, colorful, quiet, funky place and I absolutely loved it! The grounds were immaculate and so was the casita I stayed in. Maxine and Chad were very welcoming and helpful but not intrusive at all. It was the perfect get away - plenty of wide open space to ride my bike. The Cochise Stronghold, which is not far away, was a beautiful place to hike and explore. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the location instead of 5 was because there are train tracks very close to the property but they are in a "no horn" zone so it wasn't much of a disturbance.
Clean and colorful. Maxine and Chad are great hosts. And all around super friendly people.
Out in the middle of no where. Fenced yard. Comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Just Exactly What We Were Looking For!!
In setting up our vacation to Arizona we wanted first of all to be in a place removed from all the hustle and bustle of the big city. We wanted peace and quiet but to still be within driving distance of new and different things to see. The Hidden Oasis met every one of our needs. Peace and quiet but still within easy driving distance to Benson, Willcox and Tucson. I10 took us just about everywhere we wanted to go. Plus our hosts, Maxine and Chad, were very gracious and accommodating. I don't think we ever found either one of them in a bad mood! Great people! great place! We were not real anxious to leave.
