Allendale lies in Northumberland, 34 miles from Newcastle upon Tyne in the East and the same from Carlisle in the West, 100 miles from both Edinburgh and Leeds. The property is always hired on an exclusive use basis, so it can feel like your home away from home.

The Dale Manor downstairs layout is comprised of a generous lounge and dining area facing the Market Place, with a log burning stove - a welcoming space to entertain, watch a movie and relax. The kitchen with its big range cooker and access to pantry space in the cellar offers the opportunity to rustle up a feast and has direct access to the patio and large garden beyond.

The 2 floors above have 7 luxurious en suite bedrooms, accommodating between 2 and 4 people each, achieving a maximum occupancy of 18 guests.

The wow factors of the property are 3 main features:
- A Games Cellar – taking advantage of the original vaulted ceilings to create a wonderful atmosphere in the cosy former wine cellar with seating, a dart board and table football.
- The Greenwood Loft Spa features a sauna, Jacuzzi hot tub on the roof terrace and comfortable seating, a walk-in shower, a fridge to cool drinks and views across the valley, west facing – this will be the perfect place to enjoy the sunset. Our own beautician can be booked for treatments in the Greenwood spa.
- A carefully landscaped garden allows groups to enjoy a barbecue, sitting around a bonfire, sipping sunset drinks on the gin deck, lounging in comfortable deck chairs and for the children there is a large lawn and play area.
