Zentrale, aber relativ ruhige Lage, kurze Fußwege zum Bahnhof und ins Zentrum, gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, viele Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt so braucht, individuelle Heizmöglichkeit war bei den kalten Außentemperaturen sehr angenehm Durch den unschönen Abwassergeruch im Bad muss man die Badtür geöffnet lassen und damit auch öfters ein Fenster, schmale Treppen im Treppenhaus sind vor allem bei eingeschränkter Mobilität zu beachten und vielleicht könnte der Abfalleimer erneuert werden (sollte geschlossen werden)
