Derlwyn is a newly renovated, detached 2-bedroom bungalow set in a large garden in Colwyn Bay, North Wales.

There is a patio with plenty of space for dining and relaxing with distant sea views. There is ample parking. Please note that due to the change of connection at the top of the driveway, some vehicles may need to park in the space just outside.
