Outside, there are two small private gardens, one at the front and one at the back, perfect for relaxing moments. The location is ideal for those who love peace and nature without giving up convenience: parking, a bar, and a restaurant are just a 1-minute walk away.

The apartment offers two private outdoor areas, ideal for relaxing at different times of the day.
In front of the entrance, there is a garden with synthetic grass, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs—perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or a quiet moment.
At the back, there is an area with decorative pebbles, featuring a pallet bench and a matching low table, designed to create a cozy corner to relax.

The two outdoor spaces allow guests to enjoy the sun at different times of the day, always ensuring a pleasant spot outdoors.
Pets are welcome, and the fully fenced outdoor areas allow them to move around safely and comfortably.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment through a private entrance. There are no shared spaces, ensuring maximum privacy and independence during the stay.

We are always available before and during the stay via messages or phone, happy to answer questions, provide local tips, or assist if needed, while always respecting guests’ autonomy.

Foldable beach chairs are also available for guests.
Pets are allowed upon prior notice.
