The apartment retains the Art Nouveau style typical of the early 20th century. The owners' passion for contemporary Art is manifested in every room through the presence of paintings of every style and era.

Unique in its kind, the House of Paintings is located in the Libertà-Politeama district, which represents the nerve center of the city.
The neighborhood is well served by public transportation and all the city's sustainable mobility services.

Within walking distance: monuments, theaters, churches, and the main areas of tourist interest. Also within 10 minutes are shopping streets, cafes, bistros, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and the renowned Capo Market with all its attractions.

The apartment is located on the second floor of an early 20th-century building. Consisting of 4 floors, it is served by a modern elevator and concierge service.

The large entrance hall welcomes guests and disengages respectively:
The Study with its two large bookcases, period desk and frescoed ceiling, proves the ideal space for those who want to isolate themselves, working, in beauty.
The Drawing Room with the pair of red sofas and its fine furniture is ideal for indulging instead in moments of pause immersed in history with your eyes strictly turned to the ceiling also in this case entirely frescoed.
The Dining Room (table 8 seats) enjoys a double exposure and for this very reason is particularly bright and welcoming.

The Living Room with the large collection of paintings that occupy almost all the walls offers a real journey through art history. There is a smart TV, a sofa, a couple of armchairs and a writing desk.
From the large entrance hall there is access to the most modern part of the apartment where there is: the small and functional kitchen that is well equipped and perfectly adapted to the needs of guests;
a small and cozy bathroom with window and large shower serves the large and beautiful double bedroom with frescoed ceiling and original carpet floor of the period.
The room enjoys outside exposure via balcony.
The modern and antique “De Chirico” Living Room together is the second living room in the house and offers a large hanging bookcase and a Sicilian-style dining table (seats 6).
From the living room you can access the second large and colorful bright and cozy master bedroom with interesting modern interventions, antique mosaic floor and outdoor exposure via balcony.
Through a very modern (yellow) staircase leads to the third and last bedroom in the attic: comfortable and cozy with white wooden beams, one and a half bed, the room is completely isolated from the rest of the house.

The apartment has heating system in every room and heat pumps only in the three bedrooms.
The great heights and the presence of 7 balconies make the house always airy and cool.

The House of Paintings offers, upon request, pleasant experiences related to the world of cooking classes, yoga, private tour guides, beauty wellness, excursions and tours.
