Modern One bedroom apartment on the Boulevard de la Croisette with a beautiful sea view from the living room and the terrace.
Set in a very well maintainted building right on the Croisette sea front, the apartment faces the sea with beautiful views over the Croisette.
A nice and easy walk down the Croisette to the Palais des Festivals makes this apartment ideal for attending one of the many conferences in Cannes or for a short relaxing holiday in the sun.
There is a well appointed living room with a double sofa bed and a dining table for 4 which overlook the terrace and sea view through large sliding windows.
The well equipped kitchen is just off the living room and has a door out onto the terrace as well.
The bedroom has twin beds and a cupboard, the bathroom is en-suite and has a bathtub with a shower attachement and a washbasin.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The apartment has aiconditioning and wifi.
