Brand-new holiday home near the beach in Cava d'Aliga with a private pool, spacious furnished garden, covered parking space with an electric car charging station, barbecue area, outdoor shower, and a wonderful ocean view. The house has two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a queen-size bed. The open-concept kitchen-living room, also air-conditioned, features an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and hob. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. The beach is just over a 10-minute walk away or a one-minute drive. The beaches have very fine sand and are completely free to access.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Chiara war rundum perfekt. Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus war makellos sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und einfach wunderschön. Der Blick aufs Meer war ein absolutes Highlight. Ebenso war der Pool traumhaft. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns einfach nur wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für diese großartige Zeit.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Vermieterin Chiara eine sehr sympathische Frau, die alle Fragen klärt und bei Problemen zur Verfügung steht. Das Haus besitzt einen eigenen Parkplatz, zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Küche. Es ist mit allen wichtigen Sachen ausgestattet. Highlight ist der Pool und der traumhafte Ausblick. Danke Chiara, für den schönen Urlaub.
