Perfect for our needs

We were in Davis to meet with family and just needed a home base for us and our dog. This cozy apartment fit the bill. It was clean and quiet in a nice Davis neighborhood. Sam was very friendly and responsive.

You will feel at home in the quiet and safe Willowbank area of east Davis. Just across the Mace Blvd is the El Macero golf course. The Putah creek park is 2 minutes walking distance from the studio and offers great trails for hiking and biking. The wetlands between Davis and Sacramento are 20 minutes away by bike and offer great opportunities for birdwatching and hiking.

What makes this property unique

The bus stop is 5 minutes away at the corner of Montgomery and Rosario. Please check the bus schedule online. The train station is in downtown Davis for a pleasurable trip to San Francisco, Sacramento and more.
