A: Unfortunately not, the property is located in a quiet area and we’re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy. They’re very friendly and respectful of us and so we ask our guests to extend that courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us.

Lovely apartment in a convenient location

Lovely apartment inside a Georgian style building between Preston town centre and the Avenham park. Nice and clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge/dining area, great walk-in shower, big and comfortable bed. Cafes, bars and restaurants literally just round the corner which is handy and the high street shops just 5 mins walk away. Allocated parking was really helpful as there are parking restrictions in Winkley Square. We only had to contact the owner once to ask a question and got a quick and friendly response. Overall, this is a lovely place to stay in Preston. We were only here one night but wished we could have stayed longer. We would definitely come here again.
