Quiet Neighborhood walking distance to many family friendly activities. You can drive to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens in about 10 minutes. You can drive to the Strand in about 3 minutes. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes without children and about 6 minutes with children. Convenience & Comfort

Nice sleeping accommodations. Both beds were comfortable well stocked kitchen that allowed for cooking and serving meals. Just a few blocks to the beach… Nice walk. I really appreciated the host providing detergent and a washer and dryer so that I could keep washing towels through the week since they only provided six and I had five people staying there. That would be my only suggestion for the host: stock a few more towels and maybe stock six beach towels that you would allow to go down to the beach and they are just as easy to wash as the others and if they were missing, you could charge your guests if they didn’t bring them back. There was a small glitch with the Wi-Fi and the TV while I was there and the hosts responded to a phone call and resolved the situation quickly. I will be keeping this listing for future trips to Galveston. Thank you, Ike!
