➔Security Deposit Information:
To ensure the protection of our beautiful properties, a minimum security deposit of £155 may be required. This amount is based on factors such as the number of guests and the purpose of your stay.

The deposit is taken as a pre-authorisation on your card. This means the amount is reserved by your bank but not charged to you. It will simply be held and then automatically released on the day of checkout, following our routine cleaning and inventory check.

For all weekend bookings and one-night stays, a £155 security deposit is required. The exact deposit amount is at the sole discretion of RPP Management and will be confirmed prior to your arrival.

Please note, all guests will be required to sign our Terms of Stay prior to check-in.
